Processing Time: 3–5 Business Days

Shipping Policy — All products are made and prepared to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the carrier.

Shipping Time — Shipping time begins after the 3–5 day processing window. Delivery estimates vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.


Order Delays

Order Delays — Unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays are outside of my control. If a significant delay occurs, I will communicate updates as soon as possible.

 

Address Accuracy

Address Accuracy — Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost or Damaged Packages — Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If the carrier confirms the package as lost or provides documentation of damage, I may offer a one-time replacement of the item at my discretion. Replacements are only issued after the carrier’s investigation is complete and official confirmation is provided.

Customers must report lost or damaged packages within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
